The entire operation of the ºÚÁÏÕýÄÜÁ¿ is based on a partnership network. Founded by a partnership agreement by two governments, its later development and growth is based on a broad range of public and private partnerships, bringing universities, research agencies, non-profit organizations and private foundations into the core of the operation.
